Speech Time
Time to go to work today. Part of the reason Alice and I are in wine country is because an amazing client of mine was having their annual meeting at the Fairmont Resort.
My session (Keynote Speech) took place from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Afternoon Activities
Alice and I signed up for an e-bike wine tour. Though it was hot outside the e-bikes made the travel to the winery easy.
Our first stop was a vineyard of grapes. We were able to look through a refractometer and see the ripeness of the grapes. The refractormeter is on the left and the strip on the inside (reads 15) which means there is more to go before harvest.
Alice and I are standing with Vasilay from Moldova who is giving our group a tour of Buena Vista, first and oldest winery in Sonoma. It was founded by Hungarians.
From wine to cheese.
Vella Cheese has been a companion to the finest foods in the world. As an ingredient, sprinkled on top, or served alongside, the full fresh flavor and smooth creamy texture of Vella Cheese is guaranteed to satisfy. And they still make their cheeses by hand in the founding building just a few blocks off the historic plaza in Sonoma, California.
We are three year old cheese and didn’t even get a stomach ache!
Alice was sure we’d all have bubble guts afterward.
Our dinner was at the Sonoma-style American fare Salt and Stone restaurant. We ate well and the left early because we were too tired.
The photo above is of the corn soup. It was great.
Day three complete.
